This spacious Buckhead home accommodates two units, including a three-bedroom main residence and a one-bedroom suite. The main unit has been thoughtfully updated with new electrical, plumbing, and a brand-new roof, ensuring comfort and reliability. To enhance the experience, we added family-friendly amenities like a Nintendo Switch with games such as Minecraft (with a hidden surprise), Super Smash Bros., and Mario Kart—perfect for kids and gaming adults alike. Board games are elegantly placed throughout the living room, adding another layer of fun.
The dining area was designed to be multifunctional, with a desk and buffet that seamlessly support large gatherings or a quick Zoom meeting. In the kitchen, a coffee bar and beautifully displayed cabinetry make everyday moments feel special. A cozy lounge with two sofas and a bar offers the perfect spot to unwind before heading out on the town.
The parlor is a personal favorite—painted in two tones of green that invite the outdoors inside. It’s an ideal space for coffee, reading, birdwatching, or simply soaking in the joy of being present. Classic Atlanta art, including the iconic Coca-Cola sign, proudly adorns the hallway leading to the bedrooms.
